By using the CreatorPassive website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Applications aren't agreements

Applying as a creator doesn't create a partnership. Every partnership is set out in a separate written agreement that both sides sign, and that agreement takes priority over anything on this site.

Estimates aren't promises

Earnings estimates, results and examples on this site are illustrations based on assumptions. They aren't guarantees of what any product will earn.

Creator portal

Portal access is personal to the creator partner. Keep your login email secure and tell us if you think someone else has access.

Referral links

Creator referral links must be shared honestly and in line with each platform's rules on sponsored content. We may withhold credit for sales from spam, self-referrals or misleading promotion.

Promoter commissions

• Commission is earned on completed sales made through your link and becomes payable after the refund window shown in your portal.
• Refunded or charged-back sales don't earn commission. If a sale is refunded after you were paid, we deduct it from future payouts.
• Buying through your own link, paid ads on our brand names, spam and misleading claims aren't allowed.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Suspended accounts lose unpaid commission and product access.
• Commission rates and tiers can change for future sales; we'll show the current rates in your portal.

Our content

The site's design, text and code belong to CreatorPassive or its partners. Please don't copy them without permission.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it.
