Who we are

CreatorPassive builds and runs digital products in partnership with creators. This policy explains what we collect on this website and why.

What we collect

• Creator applications: your name, email, handles, audience size, niche and anything you tell us in the form.
• Waitlist signups: your email address and, if you arrived through a creator's link, that creator's referral code.
• Account data for creator partners: your email, profile details, product earnings and payout history.
• Basic usage data: pages visited and referrers, collected without cookies through privacy-friendly analytics.

Cookies

• A login cookie that keeps you signed in to the creator portal.
• A referral cookie, kept for 30 days, so a creator gets credit when you buy a product they recommended.
• Your light or dark theme choice, stored in your browser.

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

To review applications, run partnerships, send login links and product updates you asked for, credit creators for sales, pay creators, and improve the site. We never sell your data, and we never contact a creator's audience outside the products they signed up for.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting, database, email delivery and payment processors. They only process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept for up to two years. Partner and payout records are kept as long as the law requires. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or the product closes.
